Since its inception in 2000, NCF has grown to over $91.5 million in assets and has granted over $32 million to charities across the Region. Together with the 400+ fundholders under the NCF banner, we celebrates NCF’s legacy in Niagara.
This year, NCF is championing Leave a Legacy Month in Niagara by hosting flag raisings in each of our 12 municipalities, both raising awareness about this important message and also highlighting our 25 year legacy. As Niagara’s philanthropic partner, we felt it was fitting to use Leave a Legacy Month to kick off our anniversary celebrations. We would love to have you join us at one of the flag raising ceremonies happening across Niagara.
See below to find a schedule of the flag raising ceremonies. If you are able to attend one or two of them, we would love to have you join our staff and Board to mark the occasion. Each ceremony should last about 15 minutes; a few short remarks with a photo-op. The more smiling faces we have around the flagpole the better!
